Day 23 "Forgiven, Justified"

Sin Washed White

Good Morning Beauties!

“Come now, let’s settle this,”says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.” Isaiah 1:18 (NLT)

Through the shedding of His precious blood, Jesus offers you the gift of complete forgiveness of all your sins - past, present, and future. You’re made spotless, pure as snow. Have you accepted this gift of grace and mercy? What sin do you still need to forgive? What sin is too shameful to think about, or too frustrating because you continue to do it? Ask the Lord to help reveal it to you, so you can forgive yourself. Jesus has already forgiven you, and the Holy Spirit will help you to forgive yourself and lead you into a new level of freedom. Selah.

“Yes, all have sinned; all fall short of God’s glorious ideal;  yet now God declares us “not guilty” of offending him if we trust in Jesus Christ, who in his kindness freely takes away our sins.” Romans 3:23-24 (TLB)

The gift of justification is when we are judged and found not guilty. There will come a day when you’ll be judged by God and He will find you not guilty because of your faith in His Son, Jesus. What does this extraordinary gift mean to you? Do you feel a weight being lifted off your shoulders? Does it bring you the confidence needed to fully engage in the purpose He’s given you? Selah.

We have so much to be thankful for because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. Let’s bow down before our wonderful Savior and worship His kindness and love.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
