“Mary took a jar of special perfume that cost much money and poured it on the feet of Jesus. She dried His feet with her hair. The house was filled with the smell of the special perfume.” John 12:3 (NLV)
Do you see the absolute beauty of Mary’s service to her King? As she poured out the perfume, she poured out her heart to her Lord, Jesus. As she emptied the jar, it was as though she was saying, “I give you all of me, everything I am is for you.” What do you see? Selah.

Can you imagine the pleasure of Jesus as you empty yourself of any selfish ambition and make yourself available to His will? The passion to serve others and the vision (promises) He gave you will strengthen you to fulfill the purposes He has for your life. It’s a sacred process and one that exposes your true beauty.
Take time today to write the promises God’s given you and determine if you’re walking out your purpose, or if you’re just getting started. What do you need from the Holy Spirit to live out this passion God’s given you? What do you need to completely turn over your heart and life to Jesus? Selah.
